We allow cats and dogs for a $600.00 deposit. For a dog its $50.00 a month additional to the rent and $25.00 for a cat additional to the rent. We do have a dog breed restriction list. So depending on the dog they may or may not be able to have it. If it’s a service dog no matter the breed as long as they provide documentation that it is a service dog as well as rabies shots that would be okay and they would not be charged the monthly $50.00 fee additional to their rent for the dog.
